PARTIES INVOLVED

These terms and conditions are an agreement between the user and the service (AsianCapper.com). Both sides are bound by this agreement. In case you do not agree with the terms, please leave this site now.

OBJECTIVES

- AsianCapper.com does not offer bookmaking or services related to bookmaking.
- AsianCapper.com is a subscription-based service providing football betting tips and commentaries for informative and entertainment purposes only.
- Users of AsianCapper.com are granted with access to the active tips on the site only after setting up an account and proceeding a payment to AsianCapper.com, relevant to some of the announced subscription plans.

ASIANCAPPER.COM

- AsianCapper.com undertakes to release at least 15 tips monthly, each tip released not later than 2 hours before start of the game. The active tips are published on this site and sent to all users via mailing list and SMS alerts (if possible, for paid subscriptions only).
- AsianCapper.com cannot change any tip details after its release or remove the tip from the list.
- In case of negative yield occurring at the end of user's subscription, AsianCapper.com undertakes to extend it with the same period for free. 3 and 6 months subscriptions are extended with a month for free for any losing calendar month within its period. Periods given for free DO NOT include SMS alerts, the user can have this feature only by ordering a new regular (paid) subscription.
- AsianCapper.com may release tips for free for a certain period of time, with promotional purposes. In such case the Service undertakes to extend the current subscription plans of all active users with this period for free.
- AsianCapper.com reserves the right to change the cost of the subscription after prior notice, applying onwards.
- AsianCapper.com does not guarantee duration of the service and reserves the right to stop its provision at any moment, only after refunding of all payments made for the upcoming period of time. Other than this, payments processed to AsianCapper.com are not refundable in any way.

THE USER

- The User considers that he is at least 18 years of age and his country of residence allows visiting sports and gambling related sites.
- The User undertakes to provide and keep AsianCapper.com up to date with his valid contact details.
- The User undertakes not to share his login details or distribute tips to third parties. In case of violation AsianCapper.com reserves the right to suspend the account of this user.
